Flow Control Gate
The flow control gate is delivered with installed drive ready for assembly. The conveying direction, which is marked by an arrow on the housing, has to be observed by all means during assembly. All flanges have to be dry and clean. Between all flanges to be connected install one sealing each which corresponds to the size of the flanges. The housing of the flow control gate must not be twisted during assembly. If the weight of the connected installation parts is too heavy, the parts have to be supported correspondingly. The energy supply lines are to be placed appropriately observing the valid safety regulations and as per requirement of actuator Flow Control gate are used for control of powdered materials such as Cement/Raw meal /Fly ash etc. Design Capacity for material conveying.-50-1000 TPH
